MEAT BAND SAWS

INT90 Tenderiser
The INT90 Tenderiser is a heavy-duty meat tenderiser machine designed to produce "fillet" results from less valued cuts of meat. BT Patty Maker Machine
The BT Manual Hamburger Press is designed for easy use, quick cleaning, safe operation, and neat portioning. This compact hand-operated hamburger press manufactured from stainless steel and anodised aluminium prepares perfect sized patties every time. Protected by a cellophane disc, the compressed meat is easy to remove without any need for a tool. Available in two sizes, BT100 makes a 100mm patty and BT130 makes a 130mm patty. The BT Manual Patty Maker Machine is intended for use in the production of same-sized patties.

MH Hamburger Press Patty Maker
The MH100 & MH130 Manual Hamburger Press Patty Maker is designed for ease of use, significantly reducing labour time to produce perfect patties and meatballs. This hand-operated (manual) hamburger press manufactured from anodised aluminium prepares perfect 100mm and 130mm diameter patties every time. It can produce hamburgers up to 250g and 30mm thickness. As an optional extra, this press can be configured to produce up to 5 (Code: MA5) or 10 (Code: MA10) meatballs at a time.

FOOD FORMING MACHINES
MH Super 114 Gesame Food Forming Machine
The MH Super 114 allows round portions from 40mm up to 115mm, oval burgers and special shapes. Thickness is adjustable from 20mm up to 30mm maximum. Thereafter the portions can be conveniently flattened with the roller.
Approximate production per hour; 3,600 burgers or 6,000 meatballs.

SAUSAGE FILLERS
FC Sausage Filler
It is equipped with an independent oil tank and adjustable speed and pressure. FC Sausage Filler has a fixed cylinder, and piston machined to close tolerances. A smooth exit avoids clogging and colour discolouration. It also has an automatic piston decompression when the knee lever is released; this comes with three nozzles: 15, 20 and 30 mm diameter.

Brice Model SWSS Benchtop Wrapper wraps and heat-seals foodstuffs in PVC food packaging film for customer convenience. A heated element bar (the hot bar) instantly cuts the film at the required length. When foodstuffs are packed in trays, the hot plate element heat shrinks the film to create a more robust seal.
